ECOSYSTEM AND PARTNERSHIPS

Build your business around logiCells.

Business introducer, integrator, independent developer or software vendor: choose a precise role, a clear commercial model and the right distribution entitlements.

FIRST STEP

Your teams can build with Developer.

Employees, integrators and software vendors can prepare non-production applications and demonstrations free of charge after registration. Each registered developer will have an individual Developer certificate with up to five concurrent sessions, not shared with colleagues working on other projects. Technical enforcement remains subject to acceptance.

A non-production POC at a prospect requires prior declaration: 90 days from the start date confirmed in writing by LGC, extendable by written approval. Ordinary Developer rights do not expire after 90 days and registration does not automatically start a POC.

Discuss a customer POC →

Non-contractual pre-release: terms planned from November 2026, subject to final LGC approval and actual availability.

THREE DISTINCT PATHWAYS

Choose your collaboration model.

Introducing a project, delivering applications and distributing a software product require different agreements.

Business introducers

Present a qualified opportunity. LGC negotiates and grants the licence. You retain 100% of any services revenue; commissions require a prior written agreement.

Present an opportunity →

Integrators, IT service firms and freelancers

Design, integrate, train and support your customers. Your services revenue is yours. Each independent customer application requires Client Runtime rights, chargeable from the first concurrent user.

Software vendors and OEMs

Distributing an application differs from redistributing the engine. A vendor can distribute apps with appropriate entitlements; embedding or redistributing the Runtime under OEM requires a separate agreement.

COMMERCIAL PATH

From first use case to deployment.

01

IdentifyPick a real use case; clarify the customer, scope and responsibilities.

02

ProveRun a controlled proof on a validated build without promising unaccepted features.

03

Define entitlementsSeparate services, Client Runtime rights chargeable from the first user and any vendor or platform agreement. Solo remains reserved for eligible holders’ own needs.

04

Deploy and growActivate rights through an accepted operational path and expand applications and services.

ECONOMICS

Keep services revenue clear and licence rights explicit.

Your services remain yours

Consulting, development, integration, training and customer services are invoiced by the partner delivering them. LGC sells and grants its licences.

Direct distribution is possible

A white-label application can be distributed with Client Runtime rights for each independent application and legal end customer. Standard addresses multi-app needs, not a compulsory user threshold.

Explicit contractual terms

Commissions, reseller terms, support allocation and OEM conditions must be agreed in writing. No benefit or service level is automatic.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP

A qualified path, without implied promises.

Tell us about your role and a first use case. Commercial and operational arrangements can then be agreed for the specific project.

Present an opportunity

State the customer, need and your role. Contacting us does not automatically register exclusivity or a commission entitlement.

Contact LGC →

Assign responsibilities

Before proposing a solution, clarify who handles integration, application support, Runtime support and customer relationships.

Validate deployment

Delivered capabilities, edition availability, licence activation and online checkout remain subject to acceptance.

A project, a role, the right agreement.

Tell us what you build and how you want to collaborate. We can qualify the right commercial path together.
