Data we collect

Depending on the form, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, professional information, message, application or registration answers, and technical information strictly necessary for service operation and security.

Purposes and legal bases

  • responding to professional enquiries;
  • handling commercial, partnership and contact requests;
  • managing Community programmes, early access and applications;
  • sending a notification when you explicitly request one.

Depending on the situation, processing is based on your consent, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or on Logicells' legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

Recipients and service providers

Data is available to authorised Logicells personnel and, when online forms are enabled, may be processed using Google Workspace / Google Apps Script services used by Logicells to forward submissions to contact@logicells.com. Website hosting is provided by OVHcloud.

Retention

Contact enquiries and prospecting exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where commercial follow-up is established, for no more than three years after the last active contact. Programme applications are kept for no more than two years after the last contact. A one-off notification registration is deleted after that notification is sent, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, and exercise data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Cookies and local storage

In the current version of the website, local storage may be used to remember your language preference. It is not used for advertising. If analytics or other non-essential trackers are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent collected where required.
